US Soccer Foundation Passback Program - Mission Honduras
The JT Dorsey Foundation facilitated a sizable donation of soccer equipment to Mission Honduras from the Passback program of the US Soccer Foundation. Mission Honduras is a non-profit organization that houses and educates orphans and children in extreme poverty in the Central American nation of Honduras.
As the photos indicate, the generous donation of the soccer gear was greatly appreciated by the boys at the Mission, and would not have been possible without the gracious assistance of the JT Dorsey Foundation.
2008 Street Soccer a Success
There was a very different kind of hustle and bustle on State Street in downtown Harrisburg this Labor Day. Instead of the usual politicians and Pontiacs and lobbyists and Lincolns, the J.T. Dorsey Foundation and the Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League (CPYSL) partnered to fill the street with soccer balls and goals and about 60 kids displaying fancy footwork and a contagious soccer spirit, in their second annual “Free Kick” soccer tournament.
"JT is not only helping the kids learn soccer skills but skills for life."
